Mahsa Moaddab

She received a BSc in General Biology from Bu-Ali Sina University and conducted MSc research at the Neuroscience Research Center, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences. She obtained her PhD from the University of Otago, where she investigated the role of oxytocin in morphine addiction under the supervision of Prof. Colin Brown and Prof. Brian Hyland. Subsequently, she joined Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science to study oxytocin's role in fear and anxiety. Her current research investigates the neural mechanisms underlying Pavlovian fear discrimination.
